Rebecca Gandy
Rebecca Gandy, solo attorney with Gandy Legal Services has been practicing Estate Planning since 2013. She came to Oregon to attend Lewis & Clark, Northwestern School of Law and fell in love with this beautiful state. She first practiced law in the victims’ rights area. Through this experience, she developed skills in trauma-informed practice which is a key approach in her current field of estate planning.
East County has been home for Rebecca Gandy for over eighteen years. Here, she has raised two children and enjoyed long walks in the forest. She is an active community volunteer and provides pro bono legal services to local nonprofit organizations. In her professional development, she has recently added specialization in elder law which includes long-term planning, establishment of guardianship and conservatorship, and crisis response to sudden changes in health and financial well-being.
